Adilene Saucedo, LCSW

I’m a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants, and I understand what it’s like to grow up between two worlds while feeling pressure to hold everything together. That experience shapes how I show up in this work.

I often support Latinas and daughters of immigrants who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and stuck in cycles of overthinking, people-pleasing, or carrying more than they should.

Together, we’ll work on helping you set boundaries without guilt, feel more confident in yourself, and build relationships that don’t require you to shrink or lose who you are

Education

I earned my bachelor’s in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida (FL# SW23340). I’ve worked in hospitals, rehab centers, and community mental health, supporting people through trauma, addiction, and major life stressors.

Approach

My approach is warm, practical, and down to earth. We’ll focus on helping you understand your patterns, feel more in control of your emotions, and create changes that actually fit your real life. I may bring in things like nervous system tools or inner child work, but always in a way that feels simple and not overwhelming.
