Adilene Saucedo, LCSW

I am a proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. I understand the unique challenges of growing up between two worlds—trying to honor your roots while navigating a system that was never really built for you. That experience shaped everything about how I show up in this work.

While I welcome people from all backgrounds, I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks who are tired of code-switching, performing, or carrying too much for too long. If you’ve ever felt like you had to translate your existence to be taken seriously, I see you. Therapy with me is a space where all parts of you are not just welcome—they’re expected.

I earned my bachelor's in Psychology and my Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida and I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Florida (FL# SW23340). I’ve worked in hospitals, rehab centers, and community mental health—supporting people through addiction, eating disorders, trauma, and life’s general chaos. What all of that taught me? People are resilient as hell, but we still deserve softness.

My approach is warm, direct, and deeply human. We slow things down, untangle what’s been building up, and make space to actually breathe. I bring in nervous system education, breathwork, and gentle inner child/parts work when it fits—but always in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming. This isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about coming back to yourself.

It’s truly an honor to be part of your journey—let’s work together to help you step into the life you deserve, one step at a time.
